Non-Member / Industry Participant / Resident (under 35 years old) / Student (under 35 years old) / Nurse

Non-Member

This category applies to every Non-Member/Healthcare Professional and Non-Member/Non-Healthcare Professional. However, if you are a “Non-Member Corporate” please refer to the category “Industry Participant”.

This category has been created to enable employees of the Industry (such as distributors, industry representatives, marketers, business developers, CEO, COO, etc. working in the field of dermatology) to gain full access to the event.
On the badge, the name of the company sponsoring the registration will be displayed.

Resident (< 35 years old)

A Resident is classified as a person, under the age of 35, doing an internship or postgraduate medical training specialized in dermato-venereology.
To validate the registration category, a Proof of Status* and a copy of the passport are required. Residents registering on-site need to present the Proof of Status at the registration counters for approval in order to benefit from the discounted fee.

* The application has to be accompanied by a copy of the passport as well as by a valid Proof of Status meeting all of the below requirements:

  1. It must be issued in English;
  2. It must be issued on official hospital or university letterhead;
  3. The date of issue must not be older than 6 months from the date of registration;
  4. It must clearly state your position within the institution, practice, etc.
  5. It must display the applicant’s full name and date of birth;
  6. It must state the beginning and the end of the residency (for Residents only);
  7. It must be signed by hand (no electronic signature) by the head of department (hospital or academic institution) confirming the status of the applicant;
  8. It must include the following details about the head of department: full name, department, email address and telephone number;
  9. It must be accompanied by a copy of the passport of the applicant (please, make sure the document is understandable to international readers).

Please, also take into consideration the following about Proof of Status:

  • The Registration Team must review and approve it;
  • The review process may take more than 5 working days: please allow sufficient time for this procedure before the deadlines. Only rejected Proof of Status will be notified by email;
  • Incomplete applications are not considered;
  • Refunds are possible only within the relevant cancellation deadline;
  • Proof of Status received after the registration deadline cannot validate the relevant registration category, even when the registration payment has been settled before the deadline.
  • Residents (under 35 years old) registering on-site need to bring and present the Proof of Status/Passport at the registration counters for approval in order to benefit from the discounted fee.

Student (< 35 years old)

A Student is classified as a person studying at university in order to get a degree in a medical field (person not authorised to prescribe or dispense prescription medicines/drugs) under the age of 35.
The application has to be accompanied by a copy of the passport as well as by a valid Proof of Status meeting all of the below requirements:

  1. It must be issued in English;
  2. It must be issued on official hospital or university letterhead;
  3. The date of issue must not be older than 6 months from the date of registration;
  4. It must clearly state your position within the institution, practice, etc.
  5. It must display the applicant’s full name and date of birth;
  6. It must be signed by hand (no electronic signature) by the head of department (hospital or academic institution) confirming the status of the applicant;
  7. It must include the following details about the head of department: full name, department, email address and telephone number;

Nurse

A nurse is classified as a person employed in a hospital or clinic as a Nurse.
To validate the registration category, a copy of the current medical license/diploma as well as a dated letter of sponsorship from the employer are required.

Nurses registering on-site need to present the medical license/diploma and the letter of sponsorship at the registration counters for approval in order to benefit from the discounted fee.

Important notice: due to compliance regulations, accompanying persons (including children) are not permitted to attend the Congress.
