Patient Society Village

The EADV actively works to develop a synergic action between the patient community and the key healthcare providers. We recognise that there must be a fundamental collaborative partnership between the parties and we want to advance this theme by strengthening productive relationships with patient leaders to explore different perspectives and extend dermatological support.

Launched in 2015, the EADV is proposing yet another Patient Society Village during its 28th Congress in Madrid and will occur on two consecutive days – Thursday 10 and Friday, 11 October 2019.

In this dedicated area, fully supported by the EADV, you will have the opportunity to see the work of the participating organisations, discuss patient advocacy resources and services offered to the professional dermatology and venereology community. The main aim of the Village is stimulate interactions and provide a platform were key opinion leaders and health care professionals can discover and learn about the role and need the patient organisations, as well as discuss activities of common interest.

We kindly invite you all to visit the Patient Society Village: this is a superb opportunity to garner a better understanding of your patients’ needs!

We look forward to welcome patient associations interested in exhibiting with a free booth during the biggest dermatological meeting in Europe! If you wish to join, please find additional information and conditions in the below downloadable guidelines and apply for a position in the Patient Society Village. Applications are to be received by 15 June 2019.
